Helper Community

Helper is a small community tucked away in the beautiful mountains of Eastern Utah. The population of Helper is 2,189. Although small, Helper has a rich culture stemming from its religious and ethnically diverse population. This diversity is due in a large part to its rich farming, ranching, railroad and mining history. Helper is a showcase of early 20th century to New Deal era architecture. Currently, Main Street is home to many artists and their associated galleries. Helper has become an eclectic mix of historical awareness, artistic creativity and outdoor opportunities.
